Why List’nize

Built around the moments when a list should make life easier.

Capture something quickly, come back later, keep it updated and involve other people without turning a simple list into a complicated project.

Shared lists

Keep everyone on the same list.

Invite people by email and choose private or public access. Updates stay connected to the list instead of getting lost in messages.

Autosave

Just type. Your changes are handled.

Clear Unsaved changes, Saving… and Saved feedback tells you exactly where your latest edit stands.

Guest mode

Start before creating an account.

Use a local Shopping list on the device immediately. Sign in later when you want multiple lists, sharing and account sync.

Inventory tools

Track quantities, not just names.

Keep quantities and units, subtract what you use, see out-of-stock items and scan supported barcodes from your phone.

Notifications

Know when shared lists change.

List activity can surface through in-app notifications, with native Android notification support where enabled.

How it works

From “I need to remember that” to done in a few taps.

01

Create

Choose Shopping, To-Do or Inventory and give your list a name.

02

Add

Capture items fast, then add details only when they are useful.

03

Share

Invite the people who need the list and control how it is shared.

04

Check it off

Mark items complete and keep the list ready for what comes next.

Three useful list types

One app. Different kinds of everyday organization.

The interface stays familiar while each list type gives you the controls that make sense for the job.

🛒
SHOPPING

Plan the next shop together.

Add what you need, use quantities/categories when helpful, then check items off while shopping.

TO-DO

Turn small plans into completed tasks.

Keep personal or shared action items simple and visible until they are finished.

INVENTORY

Know what is left before you run out.

Track quantity and unit, reduce stock as you use it and move what you need into a Shopping list.

Why people use lists

Because remembering everything is a bad use of attention.

List'nize gives small, recurring things a reliable place to live — groceries, errands, household stock, shared tasks — so you do not have to reconstruct the plan every time.

  • Fast enough for a two-item list.
  • Structured enough when you need details.
  • Collaborative when the list belongs to more than one person.

Easy from the first launch

Choose your language, then learn the app by actually using it.

The first-run flow lets you choose English or Română, then an optional interactive tutorial walks through creating a Shopping list, adding an item, checking it off and sharing.

FAQ

A few useful things to know.

Do I need an account to start?

No. Guest mode gives you a local Shopping list on the current device. An account unlocks multiple lists, sharing and account-based access.

Can I share a list with someone else?

Yes. Signed-in users can share lists and choose private or public access. Email invitations are supported for private sharing.

What can I use an Inventory list for?

Inventory lists are useful for pantry items, supplies or anything where quantity matters. You can track units, reduce quantity and see when stock reaches zero.

Does List’nize work on the web too?

Yes. List’nize is built as a web app and also has an Android wrapper, so the same core experience can be used in a browser or on Android.
